7. Order Placement & Cancellation

Your order is confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation email, SMS, or WhatsApp notification from us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to:

7.2 Customer Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch by contacting our support team.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance.

Orders are generally dispatched within 2–4 business days
Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed
Delays due to courier partners, natural causes, festivals, or government restrictions are beyond our control
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier partner

For pre-order items, estimated shipping dates may change without prior notice.

9. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Claims for damaged or incorrect products must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
Returned products must remain unused and in original packaging
Approved replacements or store credits are generally processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side
Customised or personalised products are non-returnable
