At Shankh Kashi, we are committed to delivering your spiritual and puja products safely, securely, and on time. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays, public holidays, or during unforeseen operational delays.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp along with tracking details.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across most locations in India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

For locations where courier services are unavailable, orders may be shipped through:

  • India Post
  • Speed Post
  • Other available logistics partners

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities

Estimated delivery within 3–6 business days

Other Cities & Towns

Estimated delivery within 4–8 business days

Remote & Rural Areas

Estimated delivery within 7–12 business days

Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to weather conditions, festivals, courier delays, government restrictions, or high-order volumes.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.
  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products, promotional campaigns, or minimum order values.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be shared through:

  • Email
  • SMS
  • WhatsApp (if applicable)

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active.


6. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to external logistics factors beyond our control.

In such situations:

  • Our support team will coordinate with the courier partner for updates.
  • Delivery timelines may extend during peak seasons, festivals, natural disruptions, or emergencies without prior notice.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details while placing the order.

If:

  • The address provided is incorrect,
  • The customer is unavailable at the time of delivery,
  • Or delivery attempts fail multiple times,

the order may be returned to us.

Any re-shipping charges applicable in such cases will need to be borne by the customer.


8. Damaged or Open Packages

If your parcel appears:

  • Damaged,
  • Tampered with,
  • Opened,
  • Or leaking at the time of delivery,

please do not accept the package.

Immediately contact our support team with:

  • Photos of the package
  • Videos (if possible)
  • Order details

For faster resolution, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video while opening the parcel.


9. International Shipping

Currently, international shipping may be limited or unavailable for certain products.

For international order inquiries, customers are requested to contact our support team before placing an order.
